== Overview ==

When the Chaos Rift devoured the Rubicon Principality, their vassal city of
Thalos was abandoned. Many refugees fled to the nearby settlement of
Ralnoth. Ralnoth succored them, and after several months, a group of Thalos
refugees headed through the great portal and on to the isle of Kordan to
found a new colony. The city of New Thalos is on the southern portion of
the island, surrounded by forest. The area recently has become dangerous to
travel by night, as accounts of hauntings abound. 

The mayor's estate helms the city on its western side. The key to which can be found on the revenant on the constable who wanders the city.

Searching in The New Prymor Inn, located on Gad Street, or in a ruined home, located on Ralnoth Street, may reveal a leather fanny-pack which frequently contains a ''significant'' amount of gold.
