Does ice damage to all mobs in the room. User should be prepared to fight everything in the room, be careful.
Boom
If Static Blast is cast shortly after Frostflower there is a small chance for the spell to "Boom" doing significant bonus damage. You will see a very distinct message like the following
-*BOOM*- Your blast of static electricity explodes some of the frost flowers near Some Enemy!
